These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CMV CoPilot, a compliance management platform operated by TenSite LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as CMV CoPilot (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use CMV CoPilot.
CMV CoPilot provides trucking insurance agents and their carrier clients with tools to manage compliance documentation, track document expiration, monitor safety scores, and communicate about document status. The platform uses publicly available data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to supplement carrier information.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@cmvcopilot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the platform or other users.
CMV CoPilot is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, trial periods, and billing cycles are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

CMV CoPilot incorporates data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of FMCSA data. Users should independently verify carrier information through official FMCSA sources at ai.fmcsa.dot.gov. CMV CoPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.
All content, features, and functionality of CMV CoPilot — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and design — are the exclusive property of TenSite LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload to CMV CoPilot. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
CMV CoPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenSite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CMV CoPilot, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the platform. Continued use of CMV CoPilot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
